Deformed bar anchor

Deformed bar anchor (also called deform bar stud), the guy from Vietnam calls it DBA, we received inquiries about DBA from Vietnam recently, but they are for the same project, whose investors include Japanese guys, they don’t like Chinese suppliers, only want to source DBA from Japanese suppliers, however the price has great difference, so the project is still pending.

We have received an inquiry from the customer with the detail of BOQ and specification follows:

1. Specification:

Steel grade: KSW 490 meet JIS G 3112. Chemical composite & tensile strength mentioned in attached file.

2. BOQ
– D22 length 700 mm: 18,000 set with ceramic ferrule
– D22 length 1000mm: 23,000 set with ceramic ferrule.

3. Application

Deformed bar stud is welded directly to sheet pile by automatic gun, refer to attached file

Sino Stone send three samples D22*1000mm to the Vietnam importer, but the investor rejected to test only because of the DBA from China, even if our quality is OK for the requirement of the project.
